From basic concepts and detailed designs through to design-and-build construction management and agronomic advice - the choice is yours.

Conceptual designs - a useful, toe-in-the-water look without any obligation to progress the project further. Often it involves the Niblick team meeting key representatives to discuss goals and objectives as well as site evaluations to prepare conceptual routing plans.

Detailed designs – these include complete drawings and accompanying technical data to achieve the required standard of build and finish. Following planning approval, a master plan is drawn up, detailed construction documents produced and a cost estimate prepared for the project.

Tender appraisal and overseeing construction - with considerable experience in construction and engineering, Niblick believes in taking an active role in assessing contractors to achieve the best possible result. This extends to overseeing the execution of the works and forging close working relationships with contractors.

Agronomic back-up – Hands-on guidance from Niblick’s in-house agronomists ensures greenstaff have every opportunity to see the course perform to its full potential from day one.

Artwork – during the conceptual stage, Niblick can produce design proposals in a rich, organic pastel form that accurately conveys to all stakeholders how the course will fit the land.
