Design services include:

• Production of Conceptual Designs - a useful 'toe in the water' look at a potential project without the commitment to detail design. This would involve a meeting with the owner to discuss the goals and objectives of the project. We would then perform a site evaluation and produce a number of conceptual routing plans for eventual approval by the owner.

• Production of Detailed Designs - providing comprehensive drawing and technical data to allow the contractor to achieve the required standard of build and finish. After the owner has approved the final routing plan we will produce a Master Plan as well as a cost estimate for the project. Detailed construction documents are then produced ready for the bidding process.

• Tender Appraisal - the design process does not end at the hand-over of working details. The team believes involvement in the assessment and appointment of contractors and in working closely with them on an on going basis through the execution of the works is crucial to achieve the design as conceived.

• Construction Observation ­ this part of the process is crucial. We pride ourselves not only on the quality of our construction documents but also the time we spend on site observing construction. With the experience that our team has from our previous background in construction and engineering we feel this helps with the mutual understanding between architect and constructor.

• Agronomic Back-up - The most important period in determining the quality of turf on any new project is the grow-in year. Hands-on agronomic consultancy from the team's in-house consulting agronomists ensures the greenstaff have every opportunity to see the course perform to its full potential from opening day.

• Landscape artwork - producing design and remodelling proposals in a striking graphic format to which all developers and committee members and club members can relate. These paintings are produced to help not only the owner to get a vision of how the golf course will look after completion but also to reassure planners how the golf course will fit the land.
